The Electrolab D99 Model 2100 Node operates with the Electrolab Model 2100 Digital Level Sensor to send data wirelessly from the sensor through a gateway to your PLC or SCADA system. Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum technology and Time Division Multiple Access control ensure reliable data delivery. Transceivers provide bidirectional communication between the Gateway and Node, including fully acknowledged data transmission.

The D99 housing is intrinsically safe and certified for use in Class I, Div. 1; Groups A, B, C, and D, Class II, Div. 1, Groups E, F, G; Class III, Zone 0 and Zone 20 when properly installed in accordance with the National Electrical Code and applicable local codes and regulations.

Electrolab’s D99 Model 2100 node is a wireless industrial I/O device with either:

  • One RS-485 and one discrete input (to accomodate Electrolab’s High-Level Shut-In) and 13 V boost voltage, or

  • Two analog inputs and 13 V boost voltage.


When ordered for use with an Electrolab Model 2100 Digital Level Sensor, the node comes completely assembled with the proper pipe fitting and pigtail for use with the sensor. All you need to do is to install the node on the sensor itself. You can easily configure any additional settings for the node on site by manipulating switches inside the node housing.
