Customer Specialist
Headquartered in Boerne, Texas, Electrolab is a 47-year-old company specializing in the design and manufacture of sensors, controllers, and measurement systems for diverse industries. Its sister company, e9 Treatments, is a fast-growing, innovator of asset protection products and services for commercial and industrial customers.
Electrolab and e9 Treatments are seeking part-time or full-time Customer Specialist(s) to join our growing companies. The Customer Specialist position will interact directly with our customers regarding Electrolab or e9 Treatments products or services.
The Customer Specialist provides information, sales quotations, order acknowledgements, along with overall customer service to customers and our outside sales teams. This position requires an individual with a pleasant, professional attitude who can interact and communicate positively with customers and company associates in a family-oriented environment. A positive, organized person who enjoys multi-tasking in a fast-moving environment will excel in this position. In this position, you will be required to:
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of all Electrolab and e9 Treatments products and services.
- Work directly with customers and our outside sale teams, by telephone or electronically, to provide sales quotes, sales order acknowledgements and to updates on customer shipments.
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to all customer or outside sales team inquiries.
- Work with our Accounting team to set up new customer accounts, credit terms, and to manage/update existing customer accounts.
- Process warranty and RMA requests, request for change forms, credit applications and other customer requests.
- Oversee the opening of production team work orders based on the sales order information.
- Communicate customer order details to production management and the leadership team.
- Enter and oversee information contained in the Salesforce CRM system.
- Work with the Accounting and Shipping Departments to schedule transportation for dedicated monthly product shipments with approved vendors.
- Prepare and distribute weekly sales reports, customer activity reports and other metrics, as required.
- Provide coverage for Front Office and Administrative staff for PTO and breaks. This may include greeting and receiving visitors, taking messages, and some light accounting data entry.

Requirements
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3 years Accounting, Inside Sales or Customer Service experience
- Demonstrated competency of relevant computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite, Quickbooks, Salesforce)
- Ability to handle confidential/personal information

This is an onsite position based in Boerne, Texas.
