At Electrolab, we are very proud of the quality of our products and our remarkably low warranty rates. However, we realize that problems do occur, equipment becomes damaged and life happens! We are here to help. Please contact your Channel Sales Manager or call us at 1-888-301-2400. We may be able to walk you through some troubleshooting and repair steps over the phone. If after a consultation, we determine that we need to see your equipment for either troubleshooting or repair, we will issue an Return Material Authorization (RMA) number; please have the following information available when you speak with us.
