The Sabre portion controller fits Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) soda dispensing machines. It is designed for simplicity, durability, and ease of use. With a single touch of a button, this control pours a programmable quantity of liquid into the cup. The different sizes are individually programmed, to accomodate any range of cup sizes. Programming is accomplished with a secret handshake, and is so easy that it can be done in a matter of minutes, with no wasted product. The sabre portion control is available with a programmable “top-off” feature, which allows for a delay after the initial dispensing, followed by a second dispense cycle, which is also of programmable length. This allows for any foam to settle and still fill the cup to the desired level. Also, versions of this controller are available which allow postmix dispensing of soda or water.

The Sabre portion controller is extremely reliable, and has been tested to survive over 1 million cycles – under water. The compact form factor keeps it out of the way, and the materials and patented assembly techniques used in its construction guarantee reliability over a long product lifetime.
