The Electrolab D99 Temperature Sensing Node supports up to four, 3-wire PT100 Resistance Temperature Detectors (RTD) by default. Additional types are available with configuration. Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum technology and Time Division Multiple Access control ensure reliable data delivery. Transceivers provide bidirectional communication between the Gateway and Node, including fully acknowledged data transmission. Lost RF links are detected and relevant outputs set to user-defined conditions.

The Electrolab D99 Temperature Sensing Node (SKU: ELD99N0D0) is set to default to high resolution, which offers a measurement range of -328 to 900 degrees F (-200 to 482 degrees C). Temperature values are stored to the nearest tenth (0.1) of a degree. To measure temperatures above 1600 degrees F or 1600 degrees C, you must configure the node to use low resolution mode.
This node is powered with one lithium battery integrated into the intrinsically safe housing. The D99 housing is certified for use in Class I, Div. 1; Groups A, B, C, and D, Class II, Div. 1, Groups E, F, G; Class III, Zone 0 and Zone 20 when properly installed in accordance with the National Electrical Code and applicable local codes and regulations.
