The power cycler board is designed to periodically power down and then power up level sensors and associated peripherals. An embedded microprocessor on the board has a fixed program to control the power switching circuit and timing.

The power cycler board is designed to periodically power down and then power up level sensors and associated peripherals. An embedded microprocessor on the board has a fixed program to control the power switching circuit and timing. Three inline header pins and a jumper plug may be configured by the user to set the duration that the power is maintained.

The duration that the power is off is fixed at 5 seconds. There is a status LED that indicates whether or not the power is switched on. This LED is on for .5 seconds every second(1 HZ) while the power is on, and .125 seconds every .25 seconds (4 HZ). All times described here are ±2%.

There are three Phoenix connectors on the board. The first connector(P1) is used to plug the board into the existing power supply. The second connector(P2) provides the switched power for the level sensors. The third connector(P3) provides straight through power supply voltage.
