The foundation of Electrolab's business is custom design and manufacturing of products and devices specifically tailored to the needs of our customers. We have 29 years of experience in our field, and have developed many successful product lines, which are still being manufactured today. Our ability to work with our customers in developing exactly the products that they want and need is a key element of our success.

Everything needed for rapid development of a new project is present under one roof here, thus minimizing development cycle length, and enabling complete control of the design and manufacturing process. We have a staff of highly skilled and trained engineers able to realize your goals for both hardware and software, and we are capable of not only redesigning existing projects, but also building new designs from the ground up. We can create drop-in replacements for existing devices, to enable our customers to continue their business uninterrupted. Our design team is supplied with the necessary prototyping equipment in-house to speed the development cycles. Typically, the products we manufacture are of a very high quality, made to industrial standards and specifications. We have a well-maintained stock room, and strong connections with components distributors, so obtaining the parts needed for designs is made as quick and easy as is possible.

When it comes to the manufacturing and mass production of our designs, we are very well prepared. Our in-house surface mount facility allows us to place most of the components on our circuit boards automatically. The remainder of the manufacturing process, from soldering, to mechanical assembly, to final coating, testing, and Q/A, is performed by a highly skilled and efficient assembly team, with many years of training and experience in their jobs.
